Tiny National Health and Fitness Day Logo

After a brief welcome and warm-up at the Bernie LeClair Park, trotters of all speeds and ages will head out along the Tiny Trail.  Running, walking, cycling and skipping allowed!  The full circuit is 2k but turnabouts are permitted throughout.  Water stations will be available along the way.  OPP and the Simcoe Muskoka Health Unit and Trails volunteers will ensure everyone's safety and provide all participants with information about bike/road safety along with helmet checks.

The Tiny Trot is organized along the main municipal Trail.  It highlights International Trails Day and the Great Trail Network and is also part of National Health and Fitness Day.  The goal of the day is to get people moving.
